Natalicia Hosseinzadeh serves as Assistant Vice President & Real Estate Manager for Argent Trust Company in Nashville. In her role, she oversees the management of trust-held real estate and other specialized assets, working closely with clients, advisors, attorneys and internal teams to help ensure assets are administered efficiently and in accordance with fiduciary responsibilities.
Natalicia brings extensive experience in trust administration, real estate management and specialty asset oversight. Prior to joining Argent, she served in leadership roles at a Nashville-based trust company, where she managed complex trust assets including real estate, closely held business interests, notes, partnerships and oil, gas and mineral interests. Her expertise includes coordinating property sales, appraisals, property tax administration and compliance reporting. As a licensed Realtor in Tennessee, she brings both a fiduciary and practical perspective on real property assets within trust portfolios.
Natalicia earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Western Michigan University’s Haworth College of Business. She has completed Cannon Financial Trust School and specialized training in Unique & Hard-to-Value Assets. She is also actively involved with the National Trust Real Estate Association (NTREA), where she serves on the Board of Directors and as New Member Chair.
Based in Nashville, Natalicia is passionate about helping families preserve, manage and transition real estate and other complex assets across generations.
