Connor Smith is a Louisiana native and proud graduate of Louisiana Tech University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting in May 2024 and his MBA in August 2025. Originally from Winnsboro, Louisiana, Connor values hard work, strong relationships, and leading with integrity — principles rooted in his Christian faith that guide both his personal and professional life.

After completing his undergraduate degree, Connor spent three months in Washington, D.C., working on Capitol Hill. He then returned to Louisiana to pursue his MBA and joined the company’s headquarters office, where he spent a year gaining hands-on experience and developing a deeper understanding of the organization and its operations.

Connor is based in South Louisiana, where he focuses on business development, building meaningful relationships and identifying opportunities that support long-term growth.
