The Hambidge Center’s Argent Financial Fellowship now accepting applications from Ruston area artists

RUSTON, Louisiana, Dec. 5, 2018 – Argent Financial Group, a leading independent wealth management firm, announced today its sponsorship of a Distinguished Fellowship in the Hambidge Creative Residency Program’s 2019 Summer Session.

Ruston residents who work in the visual arts, writing, ceramics, dance, music or the culinary arts are eligible to apply for the Argent Financial Distinguished Fellowship, which provides a $700 stipend and a 2-week creative residency at the Hambidge Center in Rabun Gap, Georgia.

“We are delighted to offer this opportunity to the creatives of Ruston,” said Hambidge Center Executive Director, Jamie Badoud. “And I am pleased that Argent Financial recognizes the need to support the arts, and has taken action to assist a talented individual in their home community.”
