FORT WORTH, Texas, June 7, 2018 – Argent Trust Company has hired Brittyn Russell Brender as a wealth advisor in its Fort Worth office.

She will work in a fiduciary role with Argent Trust Company clients. Argent’s Fort Worth office opened in March and is one of six Texas locations for the Louisiana-based company.

Brender has 13 years of experience in the wealth management industry. Before joining Argent, she was senior vice president/director of private trust at Tolleson Wealth Management in Dallas. In that role, she was responsible for managing Tolleson Private Bank’s private trust group and oversaw trust accounts for a large number of high net worth families.

Previously, Brender was a manager on the client advisory team at Tolleson Wealth Management beginning in 2006. She began her financial services career with Goldman Sachs/The Ayco Company as a financial analyst in 2005.

“The addition of Brittyn to our team reflects Argent’s commitment to our clients in Fort Worth,” said Fort Worth Market President Sue Turnage. “Brittyn is a highly regarded executive who brings a deep understanding of the Fort Worth market. We are thrilled to welcome her to the Argent family.”

“Argent’s reputation is second to none, and I’m excited to work with the professionals and clients who make this company so unique,” said Brender. “Having married into a long-time Fort Worth family and moving here to live in 2007, I have a deep connection to the city and look forward to helping Argent reach its fullest potential in this market.”

Brender received her law degree and bachelor’s degree in economics from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.
