RUSTON, Louisiana, Dec. 17, 2018 – Argent Financial Group, a leading independent fiduciary wealth management firm responsible for $19 billion in client assets, announced today that it has been named a finalist in two categories for the 2019 Private Asset Management Awards.

Argent Financial Group was one of eight firms shortlisted for Best Private Wealth Manager – Over $5 Billion, and one of four firms shortlisted for Best Trustee Services. Argent Financial Group is the parent company of two trust companies, four SEC-registered investment advisory firms, an oil and gas property management group and an audit, compliance and operations consulting group.

For more than two decades, the Private Asset Management Awards have recognized national leaders in the private wealth management industry. The awards are designed for top investment professionals, wealth advisors, legal firms, consultants and other key service providers operating within the private asset management industry, to showcase achievements over the course of the last year.

The judging process, using an independent panel made up of industry experts, is based on a mixture of qualitative and quantitative performance indicators.

Winners will be announced at a gala awards dinner that will be held in New York on February 7, 2019.
