Wileyshka joined Argent Trust Oklahoma in 2022 and currently serves as a Client Service Associate in the Tulsa office. In this role, she supports the relationship management team and assists clients with a wide range of account service needs, helping ensure a seamless and responsive client experience.
Prior to stepping into this position, Wileyshka served as a Relationship Management Associate, where she managed daily operations for IRA, Roth IRA, guardianship and escrow accounts while maintaining regulatory compliance. She coordinated client distributions and withdrawals, supported tax reporting during tax season, and administered Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) annually. She also played a key role in improving internal processes, helping develop forms and procedures that streamlined client onboarding and asset acceptance. During periods of leadership transition, she served as acting operations manager, overseeing workflow management, task delegation and operational reporting.
Wileyshka holds a Master of Forensic Science with an investigative focus and a Graduate Certificate in Forensic Psychology from Oklahoma State University. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Northeastern State University. Her academic work focused on criminal behavior analysis, forensic evidence and investigative processes, providing her with strong analytical and problem-solving skills that support her work in client service and trust administration.
Wileyshka enjoys traveling and exploring new places, especially when it involves discovering new restaurants and trying different cuisines. She also values spending time with her family, often planning fun activities with her two nieces and nephew. In her free time, Wileyshka is an avid LEGO enthusiast who has built an impressive collection of creations ranging from flower bouquets to detailed wall art.
