Shibahn Singh Rodda

Shibahn joined Highland Capital Management in the Memphis office, as a Capital Strategies Director, bringing more than 18 years of experience in debt capital markets. She is a seasoned fixed income sales professional with a proven track record of delivering value to institutional clients through thoughtful, results-oriented strategies.

Prior to joining Highland, Shibahn was a Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. and previously held Senior Vice President roles at KGS Alpha Capital Markets and Vining Sparks, IBG. Her experience includes developing customized portfolio solutions for institutional clients, performing complex relative value and OAS analysis, and guiding depository, total return, and public fund accounts to optimize yield while managing risk and liquidity. She holds the Series 65, 7, and 63 licenses.

Shibahn earned a Bachelor of Science in Advertising with a minor in Business from the University of Tennessee. Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, mahjong, reading, and spending time outdoors with her husband and two daughters.
