Ana Borders, LL.M.

Ana serves as Assistant Vice President and Associate Trust Officer in the Oklahoma City market. In this role, she acts as Administrative Officer for a select group of Agency and IRA accounts, working closely with Trust Officers to support clients through complex administrative matters and estate settlements. She is also actively involved in training and onboarding team members, helping foster a collaborative environment and a consistent level of service across the office.

Before joining Argent, Ana served as a paralegal in the Tax and Family Wealth Group at McAfee & Taft. Her work included assisting with wealth transfer planning for high-net-worth families, business planning for closely held enterprises, and tax planning for individuals and organizations. She also contributed to entity formation, administration of tax-exempt organizations, and trust and estate matters, gaining valuable experience in addressing a wide range of client needs.

Ana began her legal career in Brazil, practicing tax and corporate law with Irineu Cordeiro & Advogados Associados. After relocating to the United States, she continued to build her legal experience by serving diverse communities through immigration law before transitioning into estate planning and probate work in Oklahoma City.

A native of Brazil, Ana earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from Universidade PUC de Goiás and her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis.
