Argent Financial Group is pleased to announce the addition of Richard Crowder to its team as senior vice president and wealth advisor at Argent Trust Company in Ridgeland.
With nearly 40 years of extensive investment management and trust administration experience, Crowder joins the company after a distinguished career at Regions Bank in its trust and wealth management group, where he served as senior vice president, trust advisor and area business manager.
In his new role, Crowder will be based in Ridgeland, reporting to Regional Manager Brooks Campany. His responsibilities will primarily focus on new business development, as well as overseeing investments and providing comprehensive financial advisory services.
“Richard’s addition to our Mississippi team will be invaluable as we strive to attract new clients, deliver exceptional service, and elevate our brand presence across the state and beyond,” said Campany.
Crowder is a graduate of Mississippi State University, where he was inducted into the prestigious MSU Hall of Fame. Building on his undergraduate success, he pursued advanced education at the Southern Trust School (STS) at Birmingham Southern College and the National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University. His dedication to professional growth is underscored by his achievement of the first Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation in the state of Mississippi.
“I’m pleased to collaborate with such a talented group, many former colleagues,” Crowder expressed. “I’m eager to contribute to the growth of Argent’s local office, expand our community network, and provide our clients with personalized investment and financial services.”
