Impacting Women’s Financial Legacies
Women control roughly a third of the world’s private wealth¹ and most manage their families’ day-to-day finances.² Yet many still lack confidence in their financial knowledge and in their financial futures.
- Women’s financial responsibility — Most women will have sole responsibility for their finances at some point, whether through choice, divorce, or widowhood.³
- Longevity economy — Because women tend to outlive men, they are among the primary drivers of what’s known as the longevity economy.⁴
- Financial health gap — Only about one in five women (20%) are classified as “Financially Healthy,” compared with 29% of men.⁵
- Confidence gap — Women disproportionately answer “I don’t know” to financial literacy questions. Research shows that nearly a third of the gender literacy gap is driven by confidence rather than actual knowledge.⁶
Argent is committed to serving each client individually and holistically, and to meeting women’s needs with particular intention given these realities.
We do this by providing articles, white papers, and other resources; hosting women-focused events and learning opportunities; and equipping Argent professionals with a deeper understanding of women’s unique financial needs, challenges, and opportunities.
Together, we help women build, grow, and protect wealth that supports both their longevity and their legacy.
