Nicole Nally
Argent Trust announced today it has promoted Nicole Nally to chief fiduciary officer of the company’s eastern region and regional manager of the Louisville, Greenville, South Carolina and Charlotte, North Carolina markets. Nally, who previously served as market president of Argent Trust’s Louisville office, will lead trust and wealth management efforts and provide fiduciary counsel in the eastern region. She will also retain direct oversight of the Louisville market.
Nally is a certified trust and financial advisor (CTFA) and an accredited investment fiduciary (AIF). She has served as market president of the Louisville office since joining Argent in April 2012. Nally has more than 30 years of experience in the trust and financial services industry.
“I am truly honored to be given this opportunity and to continue working with the great people at Argent,” said Nally. “I am passionate about serving our clients and the community, and my new role greatly expands the families and organizations that I can help provide tailored estate and investment management plans unique to their region and specific needs.”
Nally received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisville, a graduate of the Leadership Louisville program, and a Bingham Fellow. Prior to joining Argent Trust, Nally spent nine years as senior vice president and personal trust manager for Regions Morgan Keegan Trust Company. She also served as vice president and personal trust manager for Louisville Trust Company for five years.
“Over the past eight years, Nicole has done a tremendous job of leading our trust and wealth management efforts in Louisville,” said Ken Alderman, president of Argent Trust Company of Tennessee. “She is passionate about serving clients while contributing to Argent’s effectiveness in complying with a myriad of regulatory guidelines. Nicole is a consummate professional and we’re proud of her accomplishments. This promotion is well deserved.”
A Louisville native, Nally also gives back to the community in a variety of ways. She recently served a two-year term as commissioner for the Louisville Metro Housing Authority and worked on a task force for a review of the Metro Louisville’s Community Services and Revitalization Department. She is an active member of the Estate Planning Council of Louisville and the Louisville Bar Association. In addition, Nally was honored as a Kentucky Colonel and has received citations from the Kentucky House of Representatives and Kentucky Senate for her leadership in the Louisville community.
“Nicole’s experience and leadership in the Louisville market combined with her fiduciary knowledge make her an ideal person to provide the guidance and counsel needed in the eastern region,” said Reid Harrell, chief fiduciary officer of Argent Trust Company. “She leads by example and will ensure that business development and risk management continue to go hand-in-hand.”
