Quarterly PSN Top Guns List published by Zephyr identifies best-in-class separate accounts, managed accounts and managed ETF strategies
Highland Capital Management, LLC announced today it has been named to the quarterly PSN Top Guns List of best performing separate accounts and managed accounts strategies for Q2 2023 – recognized for both Highland’s SMIDCAP Core Alpha Strategy and Core Fixed Income Strategy. The highly anticipated list, published by Zephyr, remains one of the most important references for investors and asset managers.

- 4-star rating Small-Mid Cap Universe: The strategy had an r-squared of 0.80 or greater relative to the style benchmark for the recent five-year period. The top ten returns for the latest three-year period then become the 4 Star Top Guns.
- Bull & Bear Master Small-Mid Core Universe: The strategy had an r-squared of 0.80 or greater relative to the style benchmark for a three-year period. The top ten ratios of Upside Capture Ratio over Downside Capture Ratio become the PSN Bull & Bear Masters
- 4-star rating Small-Mid Core Universe: The strategy had an r-squared of 0.80 or greater relative to the style benchmark for the recent five-year period. The top ten returns for the latest three-year period then become the 4 Star Top Guns.
- 3-star rating Small-Mid Core Universe: The strategy had one of the top ten returns for the three-year period in their respective strategy.
- 2-star rating Small-Mid Core Universe: The strategy had one of the top ten returns for the one-year period in their respective strategy.
- 1-star rating Small-Mid Core Universe: The strategy had one of the top ten returns for the quarter in their respective strategy.
Highland Capital Management’s Core Fixed Income Strategy aims to provide clients with a stable source of income and was received the following PSN Top Guns recognitions for the second quarter:
- 4-Star Rating Core Fixed Income Universe: The strategy had an r-squared of 0.80 or greater relative to the style benchmark for the recent five-year period. The top ten returns for the latest three-year period then become the 4 Star Top Guns.
- 5-Star Rating Core Fixed Income Universe: The strategy had an r-squared of 0.80 or greater relative to the style benchmark for the recent five-year period. The top ten returns for the latest three-year period then become the 5 Star Top Guns.
