Argent Financial Group announced today that Whitney Blocker has joined Argent Retirement Plan Advisors as vice president in its Oklahoma region. Blocker brings more than 17 years of experience in retirement plans, banking, and insurance.
In her new role, Blocker will report directly to Mark Milton, president of Argent Retirement Plan Advisors. She will be responsible for managing fiduciary compliance and risk management for plan sponsors. Additionally, she will provide investment advisory services to plan sponsors and educational support for employee participants.
“Whitney’s deep expertise and proven leadership in retirement plan consulting will strengthen our ability to help clients design and manage plans that support employers and benefit their employees,” Milton said. “We are excited to welcome her to the Argent team.”
Prior to joining Argent, Blocker served as vice president of corporate retirement solutions at Premier Wealth – A Relation Company, where she managed the firm’s retirement plan business across multiple markets.

Blocker, a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, holds the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) designation, is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF), and maintains multiple FINRA securities licenses. In 2023, she was recognized by the National Association of Plan Advisors as a “Top Women Advisor – Rising Star” and named to its “Top Advisors Under 40 – Ace” list.
