Todd Barker, APA, SHRM-CP

Argent Financial Group is pleased to announce the addition of Todd Barker as Vice President at Argent Retirement Plan Advisors in New Orleans. Barker brings more than 16 years of experience in retirement plans and most recently served as Principal and Director of New Business at Retirement Strategies Group.

In his new role, he will be responsible for managing fiduciary compliance and providing investment advisory services for employer-sponsored retirement plans.

Barker earned his bachelor’s degree in arts from Louisiana State University. He is a member of the National Institute of Pension Administrators and the Society for Human Resource Management, where he holds the professional designations of Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) and Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). He is also an active member of the Association of Employee Benefit Planners of New Orleans and NOLA SHRM.

Todd resides in New Orleans, Louisiana, with his wife, Lori, and their three kids. He enjoys playing golf, traveling with his family, and cheering on the Tigers, Saints, and Pelicans. When he’s not engaging in these activities, you’ll find him supporting his kids in their various endeavors
