Steve is responsible for maintaining client relationships and policy administration within our Florida Public Fund client services group. In addition to his role within our client services team, Steve is Chief Operating Officer of Highland. Steve received his B.A. from Ferris State University and MBA from Mercer University.

Prior to joining Highland Capital Management, Steve served as Chief Operating Officer/Chief Compliance Officer for ICC Capital Management since 2001.

Steve is a Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional through the FINRA Institute at the Wharton School of Business.
