Ray Kukreja joined Argent in October 2017. He has over 20 years of valuation and corporate finance experience, with specific expertise in ESOPs. In his role as an ESOP fiduciary consultant, Ray plays an important role in helping Argent as an ESOP trustee maximize retirement benefits for plan participants and beneficiaries at ESOP-owned companies.

Prior to joining Argent, Ray co-founded and was a Managing Director at Censeo Advisors, LLC, a business valuation firm, where he managed its ESOP advisory practice. In addition to the ESOP advisory work, Ray has extensive experience in delivering financial opinions (valuation, fairness, and solvency) to corporate boards and fiduciaries, intangible asset and intellectual property analyses, estate tax and gift planning valuations, and litigation support. He also brings operations experience from his tenure at a semiconductor capital equipment manufacturer in Silicon Valley and a textile manufacturer in Thailand.

Ray received his M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a B.B.A. in Finance and Banking from Assumption University in Thailand. In addition, he is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) of the American Society of Appraisers. He is a member of the ESOP Association, the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO), the CFA Institute, the CFA Society of Atlanta and is the past President of the Atlanta Chapter of the ASA.
