  • Be willing to change
  • Be objective and honest

Brad’s team currently manages over $470m dollars in employer sponsored retirement plan, foundations, endowments, and family assets. RPAG is the largest retirement plan advisory group in the US with plan assets totaling over $150 billion.

In April 2014, Mr. Knowles merged his retirement plan advisory firm, RBK Capital, LLC, with Heritage to form Heritage Institutional. Brad focused on design, education, and implementation of plans for the firm’s institutional clients.
