Nikki Morgan, CRPP®

Nikki Morgan serves as Senior Vice President, Client Relationship Manager for Argent’s Funeral & Cemetery Trust Division in the New Orleans office. With more than 25 years of financial services experience, Nikki specializes in building strong client relationships, providing customized trust solutions, and delivering high-touch service to meet the unique needs of funeral and cemetery professionals.

Before joining Argent, Nikki spent 16 years at Regions Bank as Vice President, Relationship Consultant. In that role, she provided strategic consulting to retirement plan sponsors and business principals, advising on plan design, investment management, and fiduciary risk. She also led initiatives to improve operational efficiency and client retention, managed multiple vendor relationships, and ensured ERISA compliance across a broad client base.

Nikki earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Auburn University and holds the Certified Retirement Plan Professional (CRPP) certification.

Originally from Mobile, Alabama, she now resides in Baldwin County with her husband, Kevin. They enjoy the coastal lifestyle and spend as much time as possible outdoors and fishing. These days, their primary focus is preparing their son, Andrew, for his freshman year at the University of Alabama.
