Nancy Willis

Director of Royalty Trust Services

BBA (Accounting), The University of Texas at Arlington

Nancy Willis has been promoted to Director of Royalty Trust Services in our Dallas office. Her responsibilities will primarily focus on providing information to the unitholders of the seven, publicly traded royalty trusts for which Argent serves as trustee, with the assistance of a team of seven associates.

With over 36 years of extensive financial management and accounting experience, Willis is a seasoned professional who joined our company at the beginning of 2023. Her impressive career includes a distinguished tenure at Sabine Royalty Trust, where she served as Vice President and Financial Analyst.

Willis brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team, having graduated with a BBA in accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington.

Nancy’s commitment to community service and leadership shows through her varied roles and responsibilities. As a life member of the Dallas Safari Club, she has served as the past chair of the convention store and continues to support membership efforts. Her involvement extends to her church, where she has chaired several committees, including those for the Children’s Ministry and the Youth Member Advisory Councils. Additionally, Nancy volunteers with the Denton Noon Kiwanis Club and the Denton Main Street Association, contributing her time to their events in her hometown of Denton.

Nancy’s family remains her top priority. Celebrating 30 years of marriage, she and her husband, Ken, take pride in their daughter’s accomplishments. In her leisure time, she indulges in a variety of interests, including dancing, reading, honing her culinary skills, tending to her yard, and passionately supporting her favorite football teams, both college and professional.
