B.S. (Environmental Science), Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi.

Mike serves as legal support to Argent’s Senior Legal Counsel in the Funeral and Cemetery Trust division. He ensures that all funeral and cemetery trusts comply with state and federal regulations.

With several years of regulatory experience, Mike previously worked for the State of Texas. He contributed to the Office of Compliance and Enforcement at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. His broad expertise then led him to a management role in the pharmaceutical industry, where he successfully maintained regulatory compliance at both state and federal levels. Mike holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi.
