As Senior Legal Counsel for Argent Trust Company, Justin is responsible for the oversight of all legal matters pertaining to the Funeral and Cemetery Trust Division and its fiduciary activities.

Before joining Argent Trust Company, Justin was SVP and Senior Legal Counsel for Live Oak Trust, a division of Live Oak Bank. Before that, he was Vice President and Trust Counsel for the Funeral Trust Division of Regions Bank. Collectively, Justin has 13 years of experience in death care law and related trust matters. Justin earned his bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from Texas A&M University and his law degree from South Texas College of Law.
