Jon joined Argent in 2019 and is responsible for managing personal and institutional relationships. He has more than 17 years of estate planning and trust banking experience with Frost Bank in San Antonio.

Jon spent his early career in law, practicing as an estate, tax and probate attorney. A San Antonio native, Daubert is a former board member of the San Antonio Estate Planners Council and the Alamo Kiwanis Club.
