Janelle Palfreyman, CTFA

Janelle Palfreyman serves as Vice President and Trust Officer in our Austin location. Palfreyman focuses on developing and administering strategies for personal trust accounts.

Before joining Argent, Palfreyman served as Vice President and Senior Fiduciary Administrator for Wells Fargo Bank in Austin, where she administered many complex relationships and led a team of four fiduciary administrators.

Palfreyman received her Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in leadership and management from Capella University. She also earned her Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor certification from American Bankers Association.

She was raised in Michigan, only a few miles from Lake Michigan, where she enjoyed going to the beach and boating activities in the summer and skiing in the winter. Janelle is married and living outside of Austin, Texas with three boys. In her spare time, she enjoys running, spending time with her family and cheering for her identical twin boys in the High School marching band.
