James Story, CFA is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Argent Trust Company in our Nashville office. He is responsible for fixed income portfolio management of client portfolios, with an emphasis on Institutional fixed income strategies.

Prior to joining Argent, James was a Principal and Senior Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at Barksdale Investment Management in Nashville. He has over 19 years of investment management experience at Guggenheim in New York, and Regions Trust/Morgan Asset Management in Nashville.

James earned a BBA in Economics/Finance from University of Tennessee-Martin. He is a CFA charterholder, and is a member of the CFA Institute, and the CFA Society of Nashville.
