Heather Herndon

Office Manager, Relationship Management Associate

Heather serves as an Officer Manager, Relationship Management Associate in the Oklahoma City office. She joined the team in October of 2017, bringing eighteen years of experience in criminal justice and one year of Real Estate experience.

Prior to joining the former Heritage team, Heather worked at Avalon Correctional Services as a Director of Contract Compliance and PREA Accreditation. Heather also served as Senior RFP Response Specialist. Heather also is a PREA Auditor for the Department of Justice.

Heather graduated from William Woods University with a BA in Legal Studies. Heather also holds a Masters in Criminal Justice from Oklahoma City University.

In her spare time, Heather can be found on the tennis court and spending time rescuing animals.
