David joined Highland Capital in 1995. David worked previously as a portfolio manager and analyst at NationsBank, Third National Bank, and the Gulf Oil Corporation. David has more than 29 years of experience as a portfolio manager and analyst. He received his BBA in finance from the University of Mississippi, and his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. David is a CFA® charterholder.
