Chris Pitrof

Chief Strategy Officer, Argent Financial Group

Chris serves as Argent Financial Group’s Chief Strategy Officer.  He joined Argent in 2023 via the TMI Holdings acquisition, where he held the same position. Chris reports directly to Argent’s CEO, Kyle McDonald, and is responsible for aligning the Company’s strategic direction across its subsidiaries in support of the Company’s Vision Statement.

Chris came to TMI in 2022 after eight years at Fidelity National Information Systems, Inc. (FIS), where he served as Administrative Officer to FIS’ Wealth and retirement business, specifically to its wealth outsourcing division.  Chris was Executive Vice President for Reliance Financial Corporation (RFC), a subsidiary of FIS’, and served as RFC’s Chief Financial Officer from 2012 through its acquisition in 2014 by FIS.  Chris served in a number of roles within RFC after starting out in Trust Operations with them in 1997.

Chris has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin (1995) and a Master of Science in Finance from Georgia State University (2000).  Chris has attended Executive Leadership programs twice at Dartmouth College’s Tuck School of Business.

He resides with his wife Valerie in Roswell, GA, where he is active in the community, coaching his two boys’ football, basketball and baseball teams.  He is also on the Board of Trustees of Atlanta Academy.
