In his role, Chris works with trust administrators and investment officers in Argent Trust’s western region, which includes Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas, leading coordination with the wealth management division to ensure customers’ needs are met while maintaining profitability and adherence to regulations. Previously, Chris served as Corporate Counsel for Argent Financial Group, Inc. and Trust Officer in the Ruston, Louisiana office of Argent Trust Company. As Corporate Counsel, Chris provided legal support to the Argent family of companies.

Prior to joining Argent, Chris served as a Trust Officer and General Counsel for a community bank in North Louisiana.

Chris and his wife, Dannah, have two daughters and one son and are active members of First Baptist Church of Ruston. In his personal time, Chris enjoys hunting, state and local politics and supporting Louisiana Tech University athletics. In 2017, Chris was recognized as a Northeast Louisiana Top 20 Under 40 Young Professional.
