Charlene joined Argent as a Relationship Manager in 2011 and now serves as Vice President and Relationship Manager, focusing on client service, legacy preservation, and account administration.
Previously, she worked at Reliance Trust and Santander Bank as a Trust Officer, managing fiduciary and non-fiduciary accounts and ensuring compliance with government and bank policies, specializing in trust auditing. Her background includes payroll, employee benefits, and retirement account management. Charlene is a graduate of multiple Trust Training programs, as well as the Dale Carnegie and Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce Leadership programs.
An active community member, Charlene serves on the boards of the Schuylkill County FARM and Fair Association, Schuylkill County 4-H Development Board, and Benevolent Association Board. She is an independent auditor for the Little Schuylkill Lions Club and manages finances for her family’s business. Additionally, she is a member of the New Ringgold and New England Fire Companies, OABPA, and Zion Church in Lewistown Valley, Tamaqua, Pennsylvania.
Charlene and her husband, Rickey, have three adult children and ten grandchildren. She enjoys making memories with her family, traveling, and attending community events and fundraisers.
