Charlene joined Argent as a Relationship Manager in 2011. In her role as Vice President and Relationship Manager, she focuses on serving clients and account administration.

Prior to Argent, Charlene worked for Reliance Trust as a Trust Officer, focusing on administration of fiduciary and non-fiduciary account relationships. She also has experience ensuring bank compliance with government and bank policies with a concentration and specializing in trust auditing. Charlene has completed a Dale Carnegie Course and is a Schuylkill Leadership Graduate.

Active in her community, Charlene is a member of the Schuylkill County Fair Association and a Board Member & Fair Royalty Co-Advisor. She also serves on the Schuylkill County 4-H Development Board and is a member of the Lewistown Valley Grange. She is active in Schuylkill Keep It Pretty, Annual Clean-Up and an active member of New Ringgold Fire Company. As a member of Zion Church, Lewistown Valley, Tamaqua, Pennsylvania she also serves on the audit and budget committees. She is a Past President of the Schuylkill Leadership Association and a former Board Member of the Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce.

Charlene and her husband, Rickey, have 3 adult children. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and preserving our agriculture heritage, traveling and attending community events and Fundraisers.
