Caroline Forks has recently become a valuable addition to Argent, assuming the position of Trust Counsel at our Oxford, MS office. In her new capacity, Forks will specialize in developing and delivering meticulously tailored proposals aimed at safeguarding, overseeing, and enhancing the wealth of our esteemed clientele. She will diligently monitor administrative services, evaluate risks, and provide innovative solutions to ensure clients achieve their financial aspirations.
Prior to joining Argent, Forks held the esteemed role of Vice President and Trust Advisor at Regions Bank, where she excelled in the field of private wealth management. In this capacity, Forks played a crucial role in advising on investment and estate planning, expertly crafting personalized strategic plans for individuals and families with significant net worth. She ensured meticulous adherence to governing documents, laws, regulations, and bank policies, effectively managing all accounts under her purview.
Forks’ academic achievements include a Bachelor of Accountancy from Mississippi State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi. She is a licensed member of the Mississippi Bar and is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor.
Caroline lives in Oxford with her husband, Miles, and their two daughters. She is an active member of Oxford-University United Methodist Church, where she serves on the Finance Board.
