As the dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) at Argent Wealth, Carol brings decades of strategic leadership and financial expertise to the organization and plays a pivotal role in shaping the operational and compliance aspects of the organization, ensuring a seamless and regulatory-compliant environment.

She received her Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Mississippi in 1985. Her early career unfolded in Atlanta, GA, where she dedicated nine years to honing her skills and contributing to the industry’s growth.

For 15 years before joining Argent, Carol played a crucial part in steering Pinnacle Trust/Pinnacle Wealth’s operations and compliance strategy, contributing to its success and growth. Prior to her tenure at Pinnacle, she served as Chief Financial Officer for a local technology company, where she demonstrated navigating the intersections of finance and technology.

Carol was honored with the Georgia Occupational Award of Leadership in 2005 for her outstanding leadership and contributions. This honor identifies her commitment to excellence and her ability to inspire and lead in challenging environments.
