Brooks serves as Director of Recruiting, Engagement and Culture for Argent Financial Group. In this role, she will lead the company-wide recruiting, employee relations with a focus on emerging markets and culture management across the Argent footprint. In addition, Brooks serves on our facilities committee which oversees the real estate Argent’s 29 offices occupy. She is also involved with business development and brand management for the company. She started with Argent in 2009 and has passed Cannon Financial Institution Trust I School and Cannon Certified Wealth Strategist I School.
Prior to working for Argent, Brooks worked for Avenue Bank in Nashville, TN as a personal banker.
Her work in her industry and community has resulted in many recognitions throughout her career. In 2016 Brooks received the Women of Influence Dynamic Duo Award from the Nashville Business Journal, recognized as one of Nashville’s Top 30 under 30 in 2012, and was selected to be part of the Young Leadership Council of Nashville in 2013. She was selected as the junior board member of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation after her work with Circle of Hope, which raises awareness of and funding for cystic fibrosis research. Brooks serves on the Board for the MBA school at the University of Mississippi and for the Guardianship & Trust Corp where she currently serves as Secretary.
Brooks lives in Oxford with her husband, Port, and their sons, Porter and Wills. In her time away from work, she loves spending time with family and friends, being active outdoors, and going to Ole Miss football games.
