Angela Hudson serves as Vice President and Trust Officer at Argent Trust Company in our Marshall and East Texas markets. Hudson brings over 30 years of extensive experience in trust and banking, including 19 years as a trust officer at Capital One Wealth and Asset Management/Hancock Whiteny Bank, where she has been dedicated to building and sustaining key family relationships for over 32 years.
In her new role, Hudson will be based in Marshall, responsible for surrounding markets, and will oversee the administration and development of trusts and estate planning strategies for both businesses and individuals.
Hudson has completed extensive industry-specific training, including the Texas Bankers Association Trust Division School and Advanced Trust School. Additionally, she attended the Certified Trust Financial Prep Course, equipping her with advanced knowledge and practical skills in trust and financial services.
A long-time resident of Marshall, Hudson has been involved with numerous community organizations, including St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Marshall Elks Lodge, Marshall Symphony League, Marshall Symphony Society, the Marshall Regional Arts Council, the Marshall Chamber of Commerce, Harrison County Agri-Business, and the Harrison County United Way FFA. Her commitment to these organizations underscores her passion for fostering community engagement and local growth.
