Amy serves as vice president and senior compliance administrator with Argent’s fiduciary consulting services division. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of regulatory compliance for Argent Trust Company.  Prior to this role, she served high net worth families with trust administration, investment, estate and family office services.

Amy joined Argent Trust in 2016 with the opening of the company’s Birmingham location and has more than 15 years of trust industry experience. Prior to joining Argent, Amy worked with Regions Bank in several roles including Relationship Consultant. In this role, she worked with her team to centralize services, coordinate all aspects of administration and compliance for a large portfolio, implement key company objectives and train new associates. She also served the Institutional Services and Corporate Trust associates as a Marketing Sales Support Administrator by implementing new systems and procedures, streamlining reporting, producing new and updated marketing collateral, coordinating new business approval processes, coordinating and responding to RFPs and creating and managing two master tracking systems for RFP responses.

Amy is a Certified Corporate Trust Specialist and is an honor graduate of Cannon Financial Institute.  She graduated with a Bachelors in Communication from The University of Alabama.
