Amanda Fernandes

Vice President, Director Advisory Services

Amanda Fernandes is Vice President and Director of Advisory Services for the Funeral & Cemetery Trust Division at Argent Trust, the parent company of FSI. With over 20 years of experience as a certified wealth administrator specializing in institutional services, Amanda brings extensive expertise to her role.

Before joining Argent, Amanda held leadership roles at Regions Bank, including Client Solutions Supervisor and Regions 1 Team Leader. She managed a team overseeing $1.08 billion in assets across 1,000 trust accounts and 2,100 bond issues, led account opening and pension processing teams, implemented process improvements, and contributed to retirement planning and risk management strategies.

Amanda holds several professional certifications, including Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA), Qualified 401(k) Consultant (QPC), and Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of South Alabama.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at a local animal shelter and dog rescue, and fostering dogs and cats.
