This 8-week immersive experience is designed to provide aspiring professionals with valuable insights into the financial services industry while fostering professional and personal growth. Departments include
Wealth Management & Trust Administration:
- Assist in creating tailored financial plans for clients, helping them achieve their
financial goals. - Learn the intricacies of managing and administering trusts in accordance with
client objectives and fiduciary responsibilities. - Support the development of strategies to help clients prepare for retirement and
manage employer-sponsored retirement plans.

Asset Management:
- Contribute to personalized investment strategies for high-net-worth individuals.
- Support the management of institutional portfolios, focusing on achieving long. term objectives for organizations.
