Meet Mary Coane, who is in Argent’s Dallas, TX office and has been with us for 2 years.
Q. What led you to Argent?
A. Linda Baker was my manager at Frost for 10 years. She heard that I was looking to leave the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and reached out to me regarding an opening for a Wealth Advisor. It did not take me long to decide that Argent’s culture and core values were a good fit for me.
Q. Why do you enjoy working at Argent?
A. The people are why I look forward to going to work each day. I am continually impressed by the depth of knowledge of our staff and their willingness to go the extra mile to help a fellow co-worker or client.
Q. What does the company mean to you?
A. I have worked for other companies that claim to be client-centric, but have been more interested in the bottom line than doing what is right for the customer. I feel very fortunate to work for a company that is here to serve and puts customer satisfaction ahead of everything else.
Q. What is your favorite quote?
A. “The only impossible journey is the one you never begin.” Anthony Robbins
Q. What is a random fact about me?
A. I performed live for five years with a western reenactment group called the Trinity River Desperados under the stage name of Black Widow at Old City Park in Dallas.
Q. What has been my proudest moment at Argent?
A. Co-leading the Resource Group and being part of the Argent Leadership Academy class of 2020.
Q. What motivates me?
A. My family. They are my biggest source of inspiration and my strongest supporters as well.
