Eliezer Bueno

Eliezer joined Highland in 2024 as an Account Administrator. Before joining our team, he served as a Product Management Intern at First Horizon Bank. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from the Fogelman College of Business & Economics at the University of Memphis.

In his previous role, Eliezer enhanced customer experience and drove operational efficiency across five project work streams, successfully reducing customer pain points by 20% through streamlined processes and improved service delivery. He analyzed data, gathered stakeholder requirements, and prepared impactful presentations that influenced project managers and guided decision-making for strategic initiatives. Eliezer is also skilled at building and nurturing cross-functional relationships, supporting eight key projects, and serving as a pivotal contributor in various roles to ensure project success and departmental cohesion.

In addition to his professional experience, Eliezer has mentored students in the Spanish language, providing academic support and fostering language skills that contributed to improved proficiency for five students.
