Emily C. Becker

President, Head of Fixed Income, Senior Portfolio Manager

B.S. (Economics), Baylor Univeristy

Emily serves as President, Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of Fixed Income for Orleans Capital Management, a subsidiary of Argent Financial Group. She is primarily responsible for public and corporate pension funds and foundations.

Before joining Orleans Capital, Emily was an institutional investment officer at a Louisiana bank, providing investment portfolio strategy and execution services. Emily began her career with the trust department at a major regional bank in Houston with principal responsibility in investment administration.

Emily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Baylor University and has over 30 years of experience in the investment management field. She has been with OCM since 1994.
